A middle aged Fianna who is known for his tall tales, "good" sense of humour and a love for flaming<br>
Before his change he was a dedicated police officer who got shot in the line of duty (taking a bullet for his daughter)<br>
He says that in the ambulance, Banshee herself told him to rise for it was not his time, those words awoke the Wolf within him<br>
From the beginning as a cub, Rain was dedicated to Banshee and he traveled with his closest friend and packmate [[Grumpy Jack "Balor's Fury" O'Keelen]] to spread the word of their totem. Together they helped out a few young cubs who later would join their pack ([[Keepers of Bean Sidhe]]).<br>

His pack was granted the honor of returning the great axe of Glasgow. This weapon cost the life of his packmembers, he carries it now in name of vengeance. Now packless, he made himself count by becoming the elder galliard.<br>
He dedicates his life to Delft and the slaying of stormbringer

Few know Rain has a daughter called Morgaine (Dedicated to the celtic diety Morrigu) who he protects fiercly.<br>
