Early History
Carlos was born june 1996 from a Kinfolk mother and a Garou father. He was then raised as a Kinfolk in Rio de Janeiro. Until he unexpectedly had his first change. After that situation was cleaned up, his father claimed him for the Uktena and send him off to Split Sun.
Rite of Passage
For his rite of passage, he had to do something about the spreading of the Amazon fires. What exactly happened here is known to few, but it did involve a water spirit and the sun.
