This artifact is said be be able to hold rage for the pack that controls it. As if a battery, this rage could be drawn again when needed. It belonged to an old Fianna warrior, who gave it to the Bluepelt sept to fight for (see Hammer for details). He went through the rite of the winter wolf after.
However, it has not been used very often in battle. Currently, Maureen holds it, having set a challenge for the packs to compete for it.
