This man was a traitor and a liar. First he betrayed his tribe and turned to a life of crimes against Gaia. In the end he attempted and almost succeeded in the greatest crime of all: defilling a Caern.

After giving up his noble heritage and siding with the Wyrm's chosen, he was send by them to infiltrate the Bluepelt Sept. While maintaining his front as an upstanding philodox he corrupted several sept members in lesser or greater ways. He even managed to lure some Garou to the Black Spiral Labyrinth where they were initiated in the Black Spiral Tribe. Those few Garou who, by chance or persistance, came too close to the truth were brutally murdered. When he thought the time ripe, he called his Black Spiral Masters and the Sept was attacked and almost overrun. Almost, but not completely. Daniel Rose did not live to see the defeat of his masters. He was the first to die, under the claws of the almost frenzied Fangs of Valour.
