Born and semi-bred in Delft. Alexander Visser had many ties to both his home city and the far away septs of the Shadowlords were he was raised. After his [[Rite of Passage]] he came back home. A technology freak, and very resourceful Garou. He partnered up with [[Don Roberto]], and became the top man in Delft's new casino. Until he disappeared that is. Many say he is as dead as can be, slain by Leeches.
