Pure Breed

Pure Breed is how the Garou signify their status as descendants of ancestor Garou of famous and glorious deeds. Garou with a high rating of Pure Breed (Such as Silver Fangs, commonly) are looked up at, though more is expected of them to match the deeds of their famous ancestors.
(( OOC: Pure Breed is a Background for Garou characters. A Pure Breed rating of 3 is required for all starting Silver Fangs. ))
