Although a wanderer by nature, when Cecil came to Delft looking for his missing mother, he stayed. He was one of the founding members of the Wandering Mystics. His quest for his mother was never succesfull and when most of the other founding members of his pack had left Delft, he left too. To Reinhardt's joy he returned years later. Unfortunately, he was killed by Black Spiral Dancers when the sept attacked Pernis a few months after his return.
