The Hooded Man

The Hooded man surfaced into the existence of the Bluepelt sept in January 2011. Not much is known of him except he has something to do with the Killing of Alexander van Roermond

There are rumours going around that the Hooded Man is Johan van Beieren, the second Abomination.
