This fetish was a gift to the Elder Galliard of the Bluepelt Sept by an athro Silver Fang Galliard from the court of Ann de Provence on September, 2008, it is supposed to be a title fetish and passed on. The Fleur de Lis is supposed to be given to another sept after ten years.

Eric Turner went to the Weaver to claim the fetishes of the fallen Rain "Feeder of Crows" Gryffith he was allowed to take one, but the key was not amongst the options so he chose the Fleur de Lis and gave it to the Elder Galliard at that time, Michail "Noblesse Oblige" Romanov van Oranje Nassau who still holds it to this day.
